8th International Adventure Therapy Conference, where representatives of 30+ countries came together to talk about best practices in the field, where we shared research on "The therapeutic potential of inclusive adventure sports in India"
80+ people showed up for the session. They were amazed by the work we are doing in the Indian context. Many offered to help with research, and also want to join us on our expeditions. Many have started following our social media and keeping track of our events and sharing with their circles. I will be reaching out to them for participants for M2K2019 and to help connect us to other organizations doing similar work, who we could potentially partner with.
We took interviews of our participants exactly one year after M2K2017, and shared the personal transformations that they have undergone... Powerful stuff!
